He grew up playing guitar, violin, cello, and drums in Michigan. In 2005, he recorded an album as the frontman of ‘Indulge,’ a progressive rock group. He performed his music around the country. But his career really took off in 2014 when he appeared on the hit reality show The Voice, where he sang a rendition of the popular song ‘Lights’ by Journey.

The singer’s voice was unanimously loved by the judges, all four of whom turned their chairs to show support for him. Maloney had the choice to join any of the four judges and ended up choosing Blake Shelton.

Ryan Whyte Maloney made it through two battle rounds and was one of Blake Shelton’s top five finalists before he returned to perform at the finale of the show.

People are devastated over Maloney’s death being confirmed by The Clark County Coroner, who has confirmed that Maloney died by suicide.

Las Vegas country music radio station 107.9 Coyote Country posted on X a message, “The Coyote Country family is heartbroken to learn of the passing of Ryan Whyte Maloney.

Like he’s the one who needs it.⬇️ (continue reading in the first cᴑmment)
