INGREDIENTS:

– 1 tablespoon of butter

– 1 tbsp minced garlic

– 20 clean shrimp

– 2 cups of whipping cream

– 200 gr of fettuccine cooked and drained

1 teaspoon of salt

– 1 tsp ground white pepper

– 250 gr of grated Manchego cheese

– 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

 

DIRECTIONS

1) In a skillet, heat the butter and fry the garlic for 1 minute.⁣

2) Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.  Add the cream and heat until it breaks the boil.⁣ ⁣

3) Add the fettuccini, salt and pepper, mix until integrated.⁣ ⁣

4) Add the cheese and cook for 3 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.⁣ ⁣

5) Decorate with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
