Teen Karmelo Anthony Released Under Strict Conditions After Fatal Stabbing Case

Karmelo Anthony, a 17-year-old accused of fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf during a school track meet in Frisco, Texas, was released on bond under strict conditions.
