If passed this could change American politics forever 😲

change under the presidency of business mogul turned president, Donald Trump.

Trump wasted no time when he went on to fulfill a number of the promises he had made during the pre-election campaign, such as the withdrawal from the World Health Organization and renaming the Gulf of Mexico, among the rest.

He did this by signing a plethora of executive orders.

In his inauguration speech, Trump announced that “The golden age of America begins right now,” referring to himself as to a “peacemaker and a unifier.”

Now, some believe that his plans to implement the changes he had been bragging about would take more than just four years as the head of the country.

Given this, Congressman Andy Ogles introduced a House Joint Resolution that would amend the U.S. Constitution to allow a president to serve up to three terms, but no more.

“President Trump’s decisive leadership stands in stark contrast to the chaos, suffering, and economic decline Americans have endured over the past four years. He has proven himself to be the only figure in modern history capable of reversing our nation’s decay and restoring America to greatness, and he must be given the time necessary to accomplish that goal,” Ogles wrote on his website.

“To that end, I am proposing an amendment to the Constitution to revise the limitations imposed by the 22nd Amendment on presidential terms. This amendment would allow President Trump to serve three terms, ensuring that we can sustain the bold leadership our nation so desperately needs.”

Currently, the 22nd Amendment prevents any president to be elected more than twice.

This was ratified in 1951, following Franklin D. Roosevelt’s unprecedented four-term presidency, making him the sole US president who has served the country more than two terms.

The congressman went on to say that it’s “imperative that we provide President Trump with every resource necessary to correct the disastrous course set by the Biden Administration.”

To make this change happen, both the House of Representatives and the Senate must pass the proposal with at least a two-thirds vote. It should then be ratified by at least 38 of the 50 U.S. states before the president signs it into law.

CLASS MOCKS A POOR BOY FOR LIVING IN AN OLD TRAILER — ONE DAY THEY SEE HIM SITTING IN A LUXURY SUV. Sam grew up turning lemons into lemonade. His dad passed away when he was just a baby, so when he was older, Sam helped his mom, Susan, make ends meet whenever he wasn’t in school. They lived in a trailer park because affording a house or even an apartment wasn’t an option. At school, Sam was the target of constant teasing. The bullies never let up, calling him names like “bum” and “broke boy.” Jared, one of the worst, once sneered at him, “People like you are stuck living in trailers forever!” But Sam didn’t let their words break him. His mom had always taught him to have thick skin if he wanted to get through life. He kept his dreams alive — dreams of eventually buying a mansion for himself and his mom… Then one day, Jared noticed Sam was missing from school. With a smirk, he turned to his friends. “Let’s go see what the broke boy is up to in his little tin can,” he joked. But when they got close to Sam’s trailer, they froze. Sam and his mom were loading boxes into a sleek, expensive SUV.👇

From an early age, Sam learned to keep his head down and stay humble. He never let the bullies at his school get his spirits down. But…
