This is truly heartbreaking. 💔 Samuel Lilley, 28, who was on the verge of a major milestone—his promotion to captain—was among the victims of the DC plane crash. 😔 His father, Samuel, who is also a pilot, expressed the immense pain of his loss, saying, “This is undoubtedly the worst day of my life.
