HE WAS KICKED FROM THE HOUSE AFTER HIS FATHER’S PASSING, THEN WHEN HE BECAME 23, HE CHANGED THE LOCKS

A Redditor, u/Yes_ISaidThat, had shared his story on Reddit’s r/AITA subreddit, that he lost his father, and two months later his mother had another man in her life, as he had fought a lot. Then his mother send him to his grandparents, and as he grew, he took revenge.

The OP stated that he was 15, when he lost his father. Since his father and mother weren’t legally married, he left everything to his son. But he wasn’t able to take over the properties until 21. Two months later from his father’s passing, his mother had brought a man, and his two other children to his house.
And his mother was favoring other children and her boyfriend over her own son. They were going to trips together, and she was sending her son to his grandparent’s house. OP stated, “she’d say something between the lines as: “Wouldn’t you like to go to your grandparents (My dad’s) better?” I mean I’m not stupid and I know she didn’t want me there.”

And when OP was 17, after a fight with her boyfriend, his mother send him to his grandparent’s house. As he went there, his grandparents suggested him to wait until he is the legal owner of the properties, and avoid confrontation.
His mother would occasionally visit him and state that she loves him but she needs to keep the peace at her home too, since she doesn’t want any conflict.

After he finished his college education, he returned and wanted to renovate the house. As he went there, he couldn’t find anyone, and learned that they were on a vacation. OP changed the locks of the house, as he got the chance. He tried to contact to his mother but she didn’t responded.

As his mother had returned, they couldn’t get inside, and called him but he was out of town, and they had confronted when OP came back for the renovations, a week later. His mother was furious as she shouted at him. OP explained, “So we talked and I let them know they have two weeks to leave, her husband (an unemployed oh sorry, self-employed) was furious, my mom and her stepdaughter started crying because the girl is pregnant (I’m sorry) but I made up my mind.”
