Larios claims that in order to stay in shape while traveling, Jelly Roll has taken up sports like basketball, boxing, and even climbing the steps of each arena. The musician’s weight loss during this fitness journey was also disclosed by him.

“He just surpassed his 100-pound weight loss,” Larios revealed, commending the artist’s commitment. To complement his exercise routine, Jelly Roll has also adopted a specialized diet.

Jelly Roll enjoys one of his favorite pre-show munchies, according to Larios. The vocalist of “Best For Me” likes to nibble on sliced bananas covered in dark chocolate and honey.

According to Larios, the musician likes to eat high-protein foods like rice or potato flour-coated chicken breast after shows. His success has been largely attributed to these dietary adjustments.

According to Jelly Roll, who discussed his dedication in the film, “Next year when y’all see me, you won’t recognize me.” He was excited to advance his development, saying, “I’m going to get under a pile of weights in a way that I never had.”

Along with the tremendous support from the fans, Larios has consistently commended Jelly Roll’s development during the tour. The musician has been “absolutely crushing” his health battle, he wrote on Instagram on September 16.

“The habits he’s been building are truly life changing and he’s doing this while also changing lives on this 56 city tour. Excited for him to show the world he’s just getting warmed up [sic]!” Larios shared.

Jelly Roll has made a sustained effort to maintain her health, going beyond simple diet and exercise while on tour. Another significant accomplishment for the “Whitsitt Chapel” artist was doing his first five-kilometer (5K) run back in May 2024.

Jelly Roll participated in the 2 Bears 5K, part of the “Netflix Is a Joke” comedy festival hosted by comedians Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer, and expressed his excitement after the event. “I couldn’t walk a mile when I started trying to do this back in January,” he recalled.

After the run, Jelly Roll talked passionately about the influence he and other larger participants had, mentioning how many individuals told him how they were motivated.

He also praised the event’s lively and diverse atmosphere, pointing out unusual attendees like a man wearing a bear suit and beer drinkers next to those setting personal records.

Jelly Roll revealed that he and Kreischer were emotional at the finish line, and that the event left him “really motivated” to continue his health quest. In addition, he acknowledged that he was “a little tired,” saying, “It was a little bit harder than I thought it was [going to be], but it’s awesome, man.”

Looking ahead, Jelly Roll said, “A half marathon next year!” “We’re saying it now, without a doubt!” Jelly Roll put in a lot of training before the 5K.

Jelly Roll revealed in April that he was exercising four to six days a week, covering two to three miles each day. Every day, he also included six minutes in a cold plunge and 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna. He said, “I’m probably down 70-something pounds,” in reference to his improvement.

Jelly Roll expressed confidence and his intention to lose even more weight. “If I feel this good down this weight, man, I can only imagine what I’m going to feel like by the time I go on tour,” he said.

Public worry over his health served as part of his motivation. After his wife, Bunnie XO, revealed that he had stopped using social media because of bullying about his weight, fans voiced concern.

Reflecting on this challenging period, the acclaimed musician shared, “I feel incredible. I’m surrounded by friends and family.”

Along with his own accomplishments this year, Jelly Roll is still a successful musician. He has already earned multiple awards from the iHeartRadio Music Awards and Country Music Television (CMT) Music Awards. Additionally, he was nominated for the Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards for the first time.

Fans of Jelly Roll’s music and health are still in awe of his transformation and are eagerly anticipating the next stage of his journey, supporting him at every turn.

MY HUSBAND MOCKED ME, CALLING ME “FAT” IN MY NEW DRESS – I DECIDED TO TEACH HIM A LESSON HE’LL NEVER FORGET. For the past few years, I’ve been struggling with my weight. No matter what I did, those extra pounds just wouldn’t budge! The thing is, I’m a pastry chef, and you can imagine that tasting everything is part of the job. And my husband, Bryce… well, he didn’t make things any easier. Most women hope for support from their partner, but mine never missed a chance to mock me. When I put on my new dress, he said, “TAKE IT OFF! BUY YOURSELF A GYM MEMBERSHIP.” And then he called his friends and laughed, making jokes about my weight, and thinking I couldn’t hear. But the final straw was when I finally managed to drag him to an important culinary event, and he had the nerve to flirt with another woman right in front of me! When I confronted them, he simply said, “THIS IS HOW A WOMAN SHOULD LOOK IN A DRESS. GO AWAY!” He continued to laugh with her. My heart shattered into tiny pieces, but I knew I wouldn’t tolerate it any longer. I’d had enough. He would pay for all the humiliation because I had an ace up my sleeve.👇

I TOOK MY NEPHEW TO THE FARM TO TEACH HIM A LESSON—BUT HE ENDED UP TEACHING ME ONE My sister begged me to watch her kid while she flew out for a work trip. “Just a few days,” she said. “Take him to the farm. Show him something real.” So I packed up little Reuben—eleven, pale as milk, hair like corn silk—and drove him out to my place in the valley. No screens. No Wi-Fi. Just goats, chickens, and the kind of silence that makes city folks twitchy. He didn’t complain, but he had this look like he’d been dropped into a museum that smelled like poop. Day one, I made him muck stalls. Day two, we mended a busted fence in the back pasture. I kept telling him, “This is good for you. Builds grit.” He just nodded and tried to keep up, dragging his little boots through the mud. Then on day three, something shifted. I saw him crouched by the chicken coop, whispering to one of the hens like they were old friends. I asked what he was doing, and he said, “She’s the only one who doesn’t yell at me when I mess up.” That hit me right in the chest. Later that evening, I found him by the barn, feeding the runt goat we usually ignore. He’d named her “Marshmallow.” Said she was the only one who looked lonelier than he felt. I asked, “Why do you feel lonely?” And he looked at me, eyes all full of something he hadn’t figured out how to say yet. That night, I called my sister and asked some questions I probably should’ve asked years ago. But the real moment—the one I still can’t shake—was what I found in the shed the next morning. He’d written something on a scrap of wood and nailed it above the door, right where we all would see it. It said—⬇️
