Popular 80’s Sitcom Actor, Best Known As “Bull”, Dies At 80

Actor Richard Moll is probably better known for the roles he played on TV, such as the role of Aristotle Nostradamus “Bull” Shannon, the bailiff on the original “Night Court” series on NBC. He acted in all 193 episodes of the series.

Other notable roles include Two Face on “Batman: The Animated Series,” Norman in “Mighty Max,” Scorpion on “Spiderman: The Animated Series,” and Dementor in “Jingle All the Way.”

Moll’s most recent acting credit was in 2018 for the movie “Slay Belles,” but he has an upcoming project that is in post-production called “Whispers and Shadows.” Unfortunately, he will never see his most recent project when it is completed.

According to a representative for Moll, he died at his home in Big Bear, California, on October 26, 2023. He was 80 years old. The representative did not disclose a cause of death but said that he died peacefully.
