A Chinese doctor told me this

For blood sugar, high cholesterol, anemia, and heart artery cleansing

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
4 cups peeled and diced pumpkin
4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.Add the onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the garlic, bell pepper, ginger, cumin, and sweet paprika and sauté for 2 more minutes.

Add the pumpkin and the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender.
