Even in parts of the nation where it would have been
unthinkable for some, former president Donald Trump is gaining support.
According to the Daily Wire, the ex-president had a fundraiser with wealthy
figures from the tech industry last week, raising
about $12 million, in the garden of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The fundraiser was held in the Pacific Heights mansion of venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya
and venture investor David Sacks. The popular podcast “All-In” is co-hosted by Palihapitiya and Sacks.
Depending on the extras, the cost to attend might range from $50,000 to $500,000.
Notable venture capitalists and cryptocurrency investors were in attendance.
